We’ve partnered with the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley  to offer Music Therapy for Cancer Survivorship, led by our amazing Music Therapist, Danielle! 🩷🎗

Through guided music activities, participants can explore music as a way to reduce stress, lift their mood and enjoy time with others who are navigating similar journeys.

No musical experience is needed. Free for Stay Strong participants and open to community members undergoing cancer treatment.

This program is available in both our Rome and Oneida branches. Tuesdays at Rome and Fridays at Oneida!

About Charlie:

Charlie is the new music therapy intern at the KEYS Program from Nazareth University! He is from Cortland, New York and has been raised in Upstate his entire life. Charlie has had a very musical life, participating in youth orchestras, competing in vocal competitions, and taking lessons in voice, cello, viola, and double bass before college. He started on cello at the age of 8 and everything musical in his life has followed. In college he directed an acapella club, played in the symphony orchestra, sang in choir, and had a lead role in the opera during his senior year.
